Caring Connection Auxiliary

The Auxiliary is made up of women who meet regularly to support and raise funds each year for the community services provided by Caring Connection. The Auxiliary is especially known for its Ice Cream Social fundraiser held each summer, featuring a variety of pies and cakes served with ice cream. The Auxiliary helps the community with hands-on support as well, by providing:

• A meal each month for support group sessions at the Empowerment Center for Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence

• Exit baskets filled with basic household items for shelter guests when they move into independent living

• Available volunteer support when needed

This caring group has been in existence for over 100 years supporting our agency since 1915.
